Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Objective:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality service to customers. This includes supervising staff, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with health and financial standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervising Daily Operations:
Assist in organizing and coordinating work among staff.
Ensure smooth and efficient workflow during peak times.
Team Management:
Train and guide new employees.
Provide support and advice to current employees.
Handle issues and conflicts that may arise between staff or with customers.
Customer Service:
Ensure high-quality service to customers.
Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and quickly resolve any issues that arise.
Resource Management:
Assist in monitoring inventory and ordering food supplies and other necessities when needed.
Ensure effective use of resources to minimize waste.
Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in multitasking environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with different personalities.
