Main Duties & Accountabilities : Bachelor's and University Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Work experience in the field of sales is required. 5-7 years experience in direct selling experience in related industry . Computer skills, including MS Office is must Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Arabic would be an advantage. Well-organized with attention to detail and Target orientation Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task. Exceptional communication and writing skills. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind. Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools Excellent analytical skills Have a clear interest/ affinity for FMCG type environment. Curious, open-minded and a fast learner Hands on experience in strategic planning and execution International outlook with exposure to working across several markets Experience of working in and implementing channel strategies and development activities Hands on experience of handling and executing recurring revenue models
