About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to join the leadership team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences. Reporting directly to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will support the strategic and operational oversight of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
What You Will Do
- Assist in managing the overall operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
- Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to develop and implement strategic goals, budgets, and operational plans.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service enhancements to exceed expectations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor food and beverage teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
- Drive innovation and creativity in menu development and guest experiences.
- Partner with marketing teams to promote dining offerings and special events.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for food, beverage, and creating unique guest experiences.
- Knowledge of international dining trends and the ability to adapt them to local preferences.
- Proficiency in food and beverage management software is an advantage.
