The Asset Management and CAFM Lead is responsible for the delivery of all asset management activities and the implementation of a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system for the airport facilities under a facility management project. This role will ensure the effective management of built assets to achieve the Contracting Authority's key business objectives
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management and/or facilities management.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing a CAFM system.
• Working knowledge of ISO 55001 Asset Management principles.
• Strong understanding of facilities maintenance principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CAFM software (preferred).
EXPERIENCE
• Experience working in an airport environment (highly preferred).
• Experience managing asset data and life cycle assessments.
• Experience developing and implementing asset management plans and policies.
• Experience working with SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience in workflow management and process improvement.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
• The work environment may require occasional travel throughout the airport facilities.
• The position may require sitting for extended periods at a computer.
• The ability to lift and carry light equipment may be required.
