This includes developing and implementing strategies to maintain and enhance the integrity of equipment and associated infrastructure throughout their lifecycle, Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards, and a commitment to compliance
Knowledge of utility-specific assets, including power plants, transformers, switchgear, pumps, motors, sewage and water treatment plants. Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem – solving skills for interpreting data and identifying trends. Effectively planning and scheduling inspections, maintenance activities, and resource allocation.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and collaborating effectively with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams. Ability to manage asset integrity projects within budget, scope, and time constraints.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset integrity management. Experience in the utilities sector is preferred. Proven track record of success in implementing asset integrity programs. Demonstrated ability to achieve performance improvements and cost savings.
Experience in advising, supervising, and motivating technical staff is essential.
Familiarity with Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) applications, asset management software, data analysis tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is beneficial
