About the job ARIS SPECIALIST

Job Description


The BPM Consultant, specializing in ARIS, will provide expert guidance in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing business processes. This role demands an individual with a deep understanding of business process modeling, redesign methodologies, and extensive hands-on experience with the ARIS toolset. Strong professionalism in English and Arabic communications is paramount.


Key Responsibilities


Process Analysis and Redesign


  • Analyze current business processes across diverse departments, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Redesign processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
  • Facilitate workshops in both English and Arabic with stakeholders to collect requirements and gain endorsement for the redesigned processes.

ARIS Expertise


  • Develop, design, and uphold ARIS models and databases.
  • Ensure ARIS models are consistent, aligned, and uphold company standards.
  • Remain updated on enhancements and novel features within the ARIS toolset.
  • Implementation Support
  • Coordinate with IT and other relevant teams, ensuring that redesigned processes are system-supported.
  • Assist in change management initiatives linked to process modifications.
  • Monitor the rollout of redesigned processes, reporting on performance metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement


  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, departmental heads, and front-line staff in both English and Arabic to understand challenges and gather feedback.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and updates professionally to leadership and other stakeholders in both languages.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a relevant field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in process reengineering, preferably in the Government sector.
  • Hands-on expertise with ARIS, encompassing advanced features and modules.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business process modeling notations (e.g., BPMN, EPC).
  • Outstanding bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
  • Acute analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with other process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) would be advantageous.
