Ltd (Doka) is looking for an Area Sales Manager Central Area, Saudi Arabia who is responsible to drive sales growth and market expansion in the Central area.If you are passionate about your work, have an inner drive to succeed and a desire to learn and grow from your experience, this could be the perfect next challenge for you.If you are looking to work for a reputed international company within a multicultural team and to be part of a company recognized as a Great Place to Work,  then this position is an exciting opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Identify & acquire potential customers and projects in order to secure business for DokaDevelop both new and existing accounts and expand business in the area of responsibilityAnalyse the assigned territory and market potentialEnsure full knowledge of all the Key Customers’ decision makers and key influencers as well as organisation structure and decision processesEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsUsing the Doka product portfolio for upselling in order to increase revenueUnderstand fully and always act as per Doka company policy and as per sales strategy given out by the companyComplete understanding of all Doka products and services including how they compare with the competition so that product presentations and proposals can be delivered effectively and skilfullyIn conjunction with management, produce plans, budgets, forecasts and subsequently deliver against these plansSelling and servicing the best and most economical solution and suitable products to the customerCoordinate technical solutions with engineering department and transfer them into a full technical and commercial proposal in accordance with current pricing and product strategyResolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionLead and coordinate with team members and all other departments throughout the whole sales process from inquiry to project closureMaintain best in class after sales service for customersSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesEnsure payments throughout the sales process by following up with the customer and coordinate internally with involved departmentsMaintain and permanently update all customer and project relevant figures in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue and material requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with strong expertise in the construction and formwork industry.Minimum of 5 years’ sales management experience in Saudi Arabia, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of delivering a strong sales performance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for selling and negotiating effectively.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Experience in delivering client-focused presentations tailored to audience needs.Proven relationship management abilities and openness to feedback.Solid understanding of key contractual terms and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.Passionate about providing value-added solutions to clients.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude toward multicultural environments.Self-starter, capable of working unsupervisedProficiency in modern IT tools, CRM systems, and communication technologies.Additional InformationYour Benefits will be:Dynamic working environment where teamwork, innovation, and personal development are valued.Training and continuous development of employees to maintain a high level of expertise and competitiveness, as well as opportunities for advancement
