Position Name: Area Sales Manager – Pharma

Location - Khamis Mushait, KSA

We are excited to announce an open position for an Area Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical sector. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team and drive sales initiatives, based in Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance.

Qualifications & Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharma, or a related field.
• Minimum +3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the same managerial role.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
