Job Purpose:To manage the DC and ensure the highest customer service level, inventory accuracy, compliance with food safety standards, and compliance with HSSE standardsKey Accountabilities:- Manage the DC inbound and outbound operations.- Apply the approved SOPs to ensure the highest inventory accuracy and customer service level.- Monitor the accuracy of receiving from the primary warehouse and accuracy of dispatch to sales vans and key account customers.- Monitor the temperature and GMP in the warehouses and ensure that there is no impact on product quality.- Manage the good return and ensure no discrepancies and report it to Finance if found.- Ensure the highest compliance with HSSE standards.- Optimize the operational expenses to meet the budget or less.- Monitor the crate collection from the market and ensure an effective return to the cycle minimizing/eliminating the losses.- Manage the product returns to the protein factory with no discrepancies.
