• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a multi-unit management role, preferably within F&B or retail sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for the Food and Beverage sector and commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
*This role requires frequent travel within the assigned area and flexibility to work during weekends or holidays as needed. The Area Manager is crucial to ensuring locations operate smoothly, delivering high standards and consistency across all stores.
