ARCHITECT ENGINEER - KSA

Antal International is exclusively working with a global Engineering and Project Management company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeking a Architect Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in some of the region's most ambitious projects.

Your Role:
As an Architect Engineer, you will ensure that all architectural designs, drawings, and specifications meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality throughout the construction process. You’ll be responsible for producing and reviewing technical documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and implementing architectural work plans aligned with project scope, schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve architectural deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements and technical standards.
• Provide feedback and technical input on multidisciplinary designs and documents.
• Collaborate with the project team to maintain quality and meet key project milestones, participating in design reviews, workshops, and optimization studies.
• Ensure the application of relevant standards and best practices in project delivery.
• Respond to technical queries during contractor tender periods and assist with tender evaluations.
• Conduct site inspections, provide detailed reports, and monitor compliance with project standards.
• Anticipate potential risks, forecast trends, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
• Review contractor material proposals and ensure conformance with performance requirements.
• Attend preconstruction meetings and lead quality control discussions with contractors and the PCM team.
• Document testing, commissioning, and project closeout procedures, including O&M manuals and as-built documents.
• Liaise with local authorities for data collection and approvals as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Architecture from an internationally recognized university.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably with consultant engineering or PMC companies.
• Expertise in master planning, green building design, and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, MOSTADAM).
• Strong technical knowledge of architecture, with excellent familiarity with international codes and standards, including those in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, rendering software, and MS Office.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; international experience is a plus.
