Architect

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Architect with advanced skills in presentation, pitching, and strong charisma. The ideal candidate will be capable of presenting innovative and sophisticated architectural designs while effectively communicating and demonstrating their vision to clients and stakeholders. This role requires leadership abilities to guide teams and foster collaboration among all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design:

• Prepare architectural designs for residential, commercial, or public projects based on client needs.
• Use modern design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc., to develop detailed drawings and 3D models.
• Ensure that designs comply with environmental, regulatory, and financial standards.

1. Presentation and Pitching Skills:

• Present architectural designs and solutions clearly and convincingly to clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Organize and manage presentations that include interactive 3D models, charts, and visual aids.
• Persuade clients and stakeholders with compelling pitches, highlighting the value and uniqueness of the design.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Provide professional architectural consulting and advice, keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and satisfaction.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and designers to ensure that the project is executed according to the approved designs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams during the design and execution phases of the project.
