Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Pre-sales Support: Engage with customers during the sales process to understand business needs and create solutions aligning with Cisco technologies.
Planning and Implementation: Lead customer engagements to design, configure, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco solutions, especially related to AppDynamics, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
Technical Expertise:
Work extensively on Cisco's AppDynamics on-prem platform, focusing on:
End User Monitoring (EUM): Implement Browser RUM (Real User Monitoring) and Mobile monitoring to track user interactions with web and mobile applications.
Database Monitoring: Ensure application performance by analyzing and optimizing database operations.
Leadership in Delivery:
Act as a focal point for resolving complex technical issues during delivery projects.
Build high- and low-level designs (HLDs and LLDs) for proposed solutions and ensure their alignment with customer requirements.
Create implementation/change management plans to ensure seamless deployments.
Knowledge Sharing and Innovation:
Develop intellectual capital (e.g., scripts or tools) for automating or troubleshooting Cisco products.
Role-Specific Responsibilities:
Technical Problem Solving:
Use test labs to simulate customer environments, replicating issues to identify solutions.
Work across technologies (e.g., Java, .Net, NodeJS, PHP) to deploy and troubleshoot AppDynamics integrations.
Customer Interaction:
Translate business needs into technical designs and articulate complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Core Skills:
Strong expertise in AppDynamics, including setup and configuration of End User Monitoring and Database Monitoring.
Deep technical knowledge in at least one core programming language or environment such as Java, .Net, NodeJS, or PHP.
Certifications:
AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional (ACIP) certification is mandatory
Languages:
Proficiency in English and Arabic is required to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases.
