How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The Analyzers Technician is responsible for assisting in the implementation of A maintenance of the Yanbu site. He reports to Maintenance Mission statement Manager. He performs maintenance on his area following the schedule provided and organize the maintenance on the Analyzers function also participate in continuous improvement, safety supervision and on-the-job-training for subcontractors.Track analyzer performance efficiency, conduct failure analyses, and drive continuous improvements for analyzer performance and applications.Support the design, selection, installation and commissioning of new process analyzer systems.Manage projects for implementations of process analyzer
technologies, including calibration and maintenance procedures, installation recommendation and process validation. Utilize project management tools in setting work objectives, detailing experimental scope, and timely execution of the projects towards sound technical
1 Safety & IMS
- Achieve a high safety level in his work. Ensure that his contractors work safely (zero accident policy) in compliance withAir Liquide safety requirements. Reports any safety related near miss event or accident if any. Attend safety and IMS training.
- Follow IMS regulations in the field of his activities. Participate in Emergency Response Plan is his assigned functions
2 Maintenance for Analyzer facilities
- Support the Maintenance Manager. Perform every maintenance activity assigned in time without compromising safety and reliability. Follow up predictive(PdM) and preventive maintenance(PM) plan. He is able to develop and implement basic maintenance procedures and tools. Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System, Maximo). Report for any technical documentation update. Control and monitor contractors involved. Follow up spare parts stock management.
- Field of activity: Analyzers systems.
3 Reporting
- Daily, weekly, monthly maintenance works report to Maintenance Manager.
- On the job training evaluation.
- Verify spare parts stock and provide detail for purchasing team if necessary

Work experience:
- Refinery, petrochemical 3-5 yrs
- Analyzer 5-10 yrs
- Hydrogen experience is plus
Knowledge and Knowhow specific to the job:
1. Experience in Analyzers (ABB, Emerson, O2, NOX, pH, Gas chromatography others) maintenance and troubleshooting
2. Compliant with internal rules and regulations
3. Procedures understanding and applications
4. Ability to understand links between Safety and Maintenance
5. Experience with different sampling systems
6. Able to diagnose issues and recommend solutions
