Supports collaboration with the Legal and Compliance Departments to identify potential concerns, problems and risks that are simple or routine in nature and reports back these potential risks to Legal and/or Compliance to facilitate the mitigation process
Supports colleagues who are representing the company in industry and client speaking engagements to ensure they are prepared to deliver client services and advance company reputation
Understands and presents basic technical information to Senior Management and company Leadership to facilitate delivery on projects
Assists with delivery of assigned tasks in a timely manner to facilitate adherence to Client measurement Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Assists with providing inputs for the evolution of the operational model for some levels of the organization to promote new process improvement ideas and solutions that leverage technology
Participates in team and department meetings and activities to increase own understanding of the practice and improve the services provided
