POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepares Production Plans with interference in supply chain, Marketers & Operations of Polymer and Chemical assets to fosters and balance a decision-making process for all stakeholders via Sales and Operation Planning Process (S&OP) to ensure optimum levels of production.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- illustrating Polymer and Chemical Production planning to all stakeholders to ensure that Yearly Grade-Wise Split of the business needs are inline within frame of Business plan along with the stage of “Sales & Operation Planning” (S&OP) process.
- Monitor JV’s off-takers at the appropriate level, to support and ensure the execution and smooth flow to be resulted into (S&OP) compliance and the accuracy of supply-demand of the products.
- Monitoring & maintains the off-takers performance and compliance as per the OTA (off-take agreements).
- Maintains IBP module in SAP and ensures that all required production data is entered accurately and on a timely basis.
- Alignments in SBU PetChem budget cycle between Manufacturing and business in term of grade-wise level.
- Monitor JV’s customer complaints process to ensure balancing maximum’s customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
- Collaborate & align with the stakeholders to define and execute common business processes and objectives to benefits the Joint ventures.
- Monitor the day-to-day of Planning & Scheduling activities to achieve high performance results, meet established targets and objectives.
- Provides analysis and data reports to management, other departments.
- Assists in determining financial methods and prepares statistical reports.
- Track, maintain, analyse, and provide S&OP compliance and supply accuracy of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or industrial engineering related to business needs.
Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of related to petrochemical industry.
Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, PH, and Karl Fischer titration.
