Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide safe and effective anaesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures.
Manage acute and chronic pain conditions, including postoperative pain, cancer pain, and neuropathic pain.
Develop and implement anaesthesia plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
Clinical Leadership:
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of anaesthesia and pain management.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in anaesthesia and pain management technology and techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Board certification in Anaesthesia
Significant clinical experience in anaesthesia and pain management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
Desirable:
Fellowship training in pain management
Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
A passion for teaching and research
