Responsibilities:
Ensure establishment of Trade Accounts Management plan in line with the set plan and budget and ensure the achievement of set targets within the region.
Lead development of detailed partnership plans to include roles and responsibilities, financial and non-financial investment, return on investment, targets, reporting measures, reporting frequency, etc.
Develop a closing report template that allows for consolidation and comparison with other regions to determine effectiveness.
Continuously evaluate and monitor ways to optimise operations to advance the regional strategy for greater ROI and ease of doing business.
Oversee execution of projects for the delivery of the regional business plan.
Develop a partnership requirement matrix that enables and supports the business plan.
Identify potential partners and synergies in the region and, depending on size, whether the partnership will be managed at regional or country level.
Propose, manage and design trade incentive programmes.
Establish and manage relationships with key tourism industry players and experience providers to enable the achievement of tourism targets.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need to have:
Recommended not less than 10 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent is preferred
