The Job Holder is responsible to lead and Supervise the end-to-end Application Support activities to ensure achieving high level of customer satisfaction and business continuity.
• Policy, Processes, Procedures, and systems - Propose quality controls, standards, policies and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness. - Lead the diagnosis of problems, Identify the root causes and develop and implement solutions to sustain the change.
• Application Support - Liaise with GOPS/IT Departments for the business requirements gathering and analysing its feasibility. - Periodically review the access rights available to subordinates in the IT Distribution Team. - Ensure provision of technical support to GOPS team in install & Configure DCS in FLYNAS Stations . - Ensure provision of technical support to GOPS to maintain and configure all type B/A messages [MVT , BSM , PRL , PFS ,…etc]. requirements. - Understanding of security messages how to configure them in DCS.
• Team Lead - Provide technical guidance to the team, including mentoring and coaching analysts, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
