Experience :5 to 10 years of professional experience in developing applications, with a strong focus on using Microsoft Power Platform & AI tools.
Agile mindset, proven track record of implementing digitalization initiatives, preferably in real estate development or related fields. Extensive experience in designing and building end-to-end solutions, i.e., digitalizing a fill out form, automating workflows to enable a digital review and approval process, and integration of a database to track and summarize the review & approval status.
Knowledge:
Functionally competent with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, ArcGIS, Aconex and similar applications.
Knowledge of pre-built Microsoft Office 365 AI features to enhance the overall digital user experience and integrate seamless AI-powered functions and analytics such as AI Builder, Form Processing, Prediction Models, Object Detection, Sentiment Analysis, etc.
Familiarity with real estate development planning and review processes is preferred. Skills
