Overview

We are seeking an Affiliate Alignment Project Management Officer to join our In and Out of Kingdom Affiliate Alignment team within the Group Transformation & Advisory Department.


The Group Transformation & Advisory Department are responsible for establishing and managing a set of initiatives to foster greater alignment within the Saudi Aramco Group organization through direct and indirect interventions.


Your primary role is to ensure strategic and operational alignment between the Corporate Center, Aramco and our affiliates. You will also lead the Readiness Assessment to test the Playbook with all our Affiliates and coordinate updates to the playbook based on affiliate feedback and secure its formal endorsement as an official Aramco Document.




Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:


  • Conduct rigorous benchmark studies to evaluate market trends and possibly identify potential opportunities (Initiative Ideation).
  • Act as the primary liaison between affiliates and corporate functions, facilitating communication and resolving alignment issues.
  • Develop and maintain the In Kingdom and Out Of Kingdom Affiliates Alignment framework and mapping the affiliates to the alignment mode.                                                                                          
  • Coordinate the efforts across Corporate Functions, create comprehensive Playbook of Shared Ways of Working and Lead the Readiness Assessment to test the Playbook.


Minimum Requirements
  • As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management or a related major. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably within consulting companies.
