Job PurposeThe main purpose of the Admin Assistant‘s job is to provide ESEC’s end users administrative services in an efficient and timely manner
. Principal AccountabilitiesFunctional Provide basic administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations Perform data input Scan documents Sort and distribute mail Receive and, where applicable, answer departmental e-mails Operate a fax machine as applicable Perform organized filing Handle reception duties Perform typing and dictation Provide effective support to direct supervisor (typically a secretary or site manager / department manager)
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience Diploma in a related field Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good command of English and preferably Arabic too Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficient typing skillsCompetencies A robust collaborator and team players Delivery-oriented attitude Good written and oral communication skills
