With our headquarters in Riyadh and a team of around 50 dedicated professionals, we're committed to organic growth. We're currently seeking a proactive and self-directed Administrative Assistant to join our team.


About You


Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. You thrive in an environment where you can take ownership of your work and establish your own rhythm. You are comfortable adapting to different record-keeping styles across various departments and interacting effectively with all levels of staff and management. Fluency in English is essential, and preference will be given to Saudi nationals. Previous experience in HR or legal fields is a plus.

  1. Implement a Robust Filing System: Establish a comprehensive and up-to-date office filing system, both physical and electronic, for all employee files and legal correspondence.


  2. Facilitate Smooth Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication between management and employees, facilitating problem-solving and coordination.


  3. Provide Accurate Reporting: Generate precise analytical reports and memos as requested by management.


  4. Maintain Organization and Timeliness: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and consistently meet deadlines.


  5. Showcase Professionalism and Initiative: Exemplify professional conduct, ethical behavior, and a proactive approach in all interactions.


Main Responsibilities


  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous and accurate records and documentation.


  • Filing System Enhancement: Continuously improve and update the office filing system.


  • Report Preparation: Collect and analyze information to prepare insightful reports.


  • Office Procedures: Assist the CEO and the team in various office procedures, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


  • Communication: Screen and direct phone calls and emails, and draft clear and concise memos, emails, presentations, and letters.


  • Attendance Management: Maintain accurate records on the office attendance device.


  • Executive Support: Help executives manage their time by reading, researching, scheduling meetings, and taking notes.


  • Internal and External Communication: Foster effective professional communication between management, team members, and external visitors.


Requirements


  • Experience: 1-3 years of office and administrative experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. HR or legal experience is a plus


  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.


  • Additional Skills: Possess strong project management and analytical skills.


  • Personal Attributes: Demonstrate high adaptability, ethical behavior, professional conduct, and a self-starter mentality
