Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling and calendar activities for team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both electronic and paper).
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support the organization of company events and activities.
  • Handle office supply inventory and ensure all equipment is maintained.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.
