Job description
We are seeking an experienced Administration Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have relevant and similar experience in administrative roles and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Main Duties:
Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office tasks in our Riyadh office, including receiving customers, responding to phone queries, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and handle logistics and other admin-related tasks.
Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction by encouraging and managing positive online reviews.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and supporting outdoor activities, roadshows, and client-related events.

Preferred experience
Skills
Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in office management software and tools.
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Languages required
English & Arabic (both verbal & written - C1 Level)
