Job Summary:
As an Administration - Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executives within the organization. You will handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the executive's day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments
- Prepare and organize meetings, including taking minutes and coordinating logistics
- Handle and prioritize incoming emails, correspondence, and phone calls
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist with personal tasks as required by the executives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
