Admin And HR Specialist

• Receive all the Emp requests
• Hiring new Emp based on each department's needs
• Flow up the employees contract (AJEER), prepare the attendance, and send it to the finance for payment after the approval
• Searching for the candidates for the job vacancies and contacting them
• Transferring the employees to the company sponsorship
• Preparing the meetings and organizing them, keeping the record, and sending it
• Prepare the leave plan for the management
• Prepare all the settlement (leave – end of contract) in Excel sheet and (JISR) system for the management including submitting all the documents
• Prepare a reward program for the employees
• Making all the projects and maintenance contracts and following them up
• Yearly employee performance
• Updating the monthly incentive sheet
• Enter and update all the management information in (JISR) system
• Evaluate the probation period + issuing the certificate
• Improve & develop (all the documents & company letters)
• Changing the occupation + promotion for the management employees
• Following up with the medical insurance renewal policy and preparing the list
• Payroll and MUDAD system
