Role Overview


We are searching for a motivated Accounts Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.


Main Responsibilities


  • Reconcile the Purchase order with the Invoice and address any discrepancies
  • Record the Supplier Invoices  and update expense reports
  • Keep a track of the pending Invoicing for which receiving is done and follow up on the Invoices
  • Providing support to the Accounting Department
  • Handle communication between the organization and Vendors
  • reconcilei the statement of accounts of each supplier in order to process the payment
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies

Ideal Candidate


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Proficiency with computers, MS Office and bookkeeping software
  • Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately  with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Professional manner and a strong ethical code
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
