Sahara Printing is a leading printing company, committed to providing top-notch printing solutions to our clients. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will play a vital role in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting management in achieving business goals.

Job Description:

As an Accountant at Sahar Printing, you will support management by providing essential financial insights, reports, and analyses to drive informed decision-making. The role includes managing cash, overseeing purchases, and ensuring accurate financial data. The Accountant will also be responsible for implementing financial policies and systems while maintaining oversight of all financial activities to ensure they align with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports outlining cash inflows and outflows, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and potential financial issues.
  • Production Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on production outputs, raw material efficiency, order turnaround times, and any delays impacting production.
  • Purchase Reporting: Track and summarize all purchases, including costs, supplier details, and any deviations between planned and actual purchase amounts.
  • Walk-In Customer Profitability Reports: Analyze and report on profit margins from walk-in customers, highlighting sales performance and associated costs.
  • In-House Customer Profitability Reports: Provide insights into sales trends and profitability from in-house customers, identifying customer behavior patterns.
  • Outsourcing Profitability Reports: Analyze the profitability of outsourcing services, evaluating associated costs and their impact on overall financial performance.
  • Category/Order-Level Profit Reports: Break down profit performance by product category and order, helping management identify high and low-performing categories.
  • Asset & Material Utilization Reports: Assess material usage during production and identify opportunities for improving efficiency in resource consumption.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to define reporting requirements, set up data collection methods, and develop report templates (Odoo or manual).
  • Implementation & Communication: Implement reporting systems and communicate results to relevant teams, reviewing and adjusting reports as needed.
  • Monitoring & Feedback: Continuously monitor financial performance and provide feedback for adjustments to improve profitability and financial efficiency.
