We are seeking for a Account Manager – McAfee who will be driving and improving vendor sales whilst meeting the vendor and company objectives and targets.

What will you do?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
•  Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
•  Ensure smooth onboarding and provide ongoing customer support.
•  Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction.
•  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet client needs.
•   Prepare reports and track account growth.

Which Talent do you bring?

• 1+ year in account management or customer success (preferably in tech or cybersecurity).
•  Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
