As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day client interactions and fostering long-term relationshipsDevelop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client retention and revenue growthCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clientsConduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify new business opportunitiesAnalyze client data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for account growthNegotiate contracts and resolve any conflicts or issues that may ariseMaintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and account status in the CRM systemMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accountsStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clientsParticipate in cross-functional team meetings to align account strategies with overall business objectivesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field5-8 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client retention goalsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levelsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendationsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suiteDemonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a teamNegotiation skills and the ability to handle complex client situationsStrategic thinking abilities to develop and implement account growth plansAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusWillingness to travel occasionally within the region as required
