About the job Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading digital agency in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with a background in managing client relationships, overseeing digital campaigns, and driving client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple accounts within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationshipsManage a portfolio of accounts, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, project timelines, and deliverablesCollaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and strategy, to ensure client objectives are metConduct regular client meetings to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss new strategies, and gather feedbackIdentify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services to clients, helping to grow the accountsPrepare and present performance reports and recommendations for campaign optimizationHandle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure the delivery of high-quality servicesStay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and advertising to provide strategic insights to clients
Requirements:
Must be a Saudi nationalMinimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital agencyStrong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and advertising strategiesProven experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressureFamiliarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus
