Job Title: Academy Delivery Specialist

About the Role Academy Delivery Specialist responsible for supporting efforts with the delivery team and providing necessarily process, tools, methods, practices to improve Academy capabilities.
Key responsibilities •
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to socialize and validate project management milestones and timelines.

Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for HR, workplace, marketing, procurement, and other departments to ensure cohesive project execution.
•
Documentation Management: Create, update, and circulate process documents as needed.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to HRDF, Tawteen, and TVTC guidelines throughout all processes.
•
Cohort Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the current cohort and assist in preparations for upcoming cohorts to maintain a continuous training cycle.
•
Engagement Plan Implementation: Execute and monitor adherence to the engagement plan.
•
Trainer Coordination: Shortlist trainers, create training rosters, facilitate communication with their leadership, and conduct necessary training sessions on culture, visa, travel, and accommodation approvals.
•
Room Roster Management: Develop and manage room rosters for training sessions.
•
Feedback Curation: Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to gather and curate student feedback, including assessment results, attendance, and trainer evaluations.
•
SME Coordination: Create and manage a Subject Matter Expert (SME) roster, briefing SMEs on content requirements and ensuring compliance with the training schedule.
•
Training Material Assessment: Evaluate and improve training materials to enhance program effectiveness.
•
Program Effectiveness Reporting: Assess and report the effectiveness of training programs to management.
•
Work Plan Collaboration: Work with HR Business Partners to gather work plans from practice leads, ensuring thorough quality checks and effective communication with trainees.
•
Accreditation Management: Ensure all programs are accredited prior to training delivery.
•
Learning Application Support: Manage access issues related to learning applications, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams and vendors.
•
Program Roadshow Planning: Plan and manage internal program roadshows to promote training initiatives.
Key qualifications:- Undergraduate degree in any related field
- Prior relevant experience in any related field
- Mastery of English and Arabic languages (oral and written)
