ABA Therapist in classroom Settings
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with children and individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges, providing evidence-based therapy in line with ABA principles.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions to implement ABA strategies.
* Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising BCBA.
* Record and analyze data to track progress and inform treatment.
* Foster positive behavioral changes and skill acquisition in clients.
* Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members.
* Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
* Flexibility working in school settings.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
* Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification.
* Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs
