Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete project lifecycle for all BU initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational processes, targets, and PMO procedures.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scopes, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Manage coordination between internal and external resources, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
Regularly review and analyze project progress reports, ensuring adherence to processes and timelines, and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project status, updates, and challenges.
Plan and execute trade events, including roadshows, exhibitions, and familiarization trips, coordinating with Market Support Comms & PR for brand activation and Market Units for commercial success.
Ensure all projects and events comply with internal policies and procedures, as well as local, regional, and international standards.
Identify potential risks across project portfolios and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
Provide detailed project status updates and performance insights to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Drive the adoption of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency, delivery quality, and alignment with strategic goals.
Perform other activities as and when required.
Job requirements:
Recommended not less than 8 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred
