We are currently considering candidates with aviation, other transportation or complex public accessible building project experience to provide project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial and construction management) for a major infrastructure project in Riyadh should it be awarded to Bechtel. This posting serves as an expression of interest only.
Job Summary:
In this position, you will work with the project team to lead a team to manage the entire set of planning activities for assigned projects. You will identify schedule trends, analyze data to provide innovative solutions to scheduling challenges, ensure schedule updates are completed on time, and be responsible for reporting requirements. Your leadership will be essential in driving scheduling efficiency and project success.
Major Responsibilities:
Manages planning activities for an area within a project, including Level 3 and Level 4 schedules Contributes to establishing WBS in accordance with the Customer requirements Identifies schedule trends for management attention Analyzes data to provide innovative solutions to scheduling challenges Ensures schedule updates are completed in time to support project reporting requirements Supports project organizational and administrative activities Identifies critical paths and analyzes durations provided by contractors Reviews Contractors provided schedules for accuracy Works with Engineering to develop syncho 4D models
Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Prior experience working as client representation or in PM/CM role preferred. Proficiency with PC operating systems, with proficiency in several basic software applications. Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience. Fully proficient in existing data sources, excel etc. however all outputs are expected to be provided in Power BI. Prior Middle-East work experience preferred. Knowledge of supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non-technical personnel. Candidate should possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with an ability to work closely with peers, external customers, and client counterparts
