Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Value Realization Lead / Portfolio Manager with 12+ years of experience in AI demand management, solutioning, business case development, ROI analysis, and business stakeholder management. This techno-functional role requires a strategic mindset to align AI initiatives with business objectives while ensuring value-driven outcomes. Experience in the banking industry is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Demand Management: Identify, prioritize, and manage AI/ML initiatives based on business impact and feasibility. Solutioning & Architecture: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions that align with business needs. Business Case & ROI Analysis: Develop financial models and business cases to justify AI investments, ensuring measurable returns. Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior business leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive AI adoption. Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful execution. Risk & Compliance: Ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, especially in banking environments. Performance Monitoring: Track AI project outcomes and continuously optimize for business value realization.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in AI-driven digital transformation, business value realization, or technology portfolio management. Strong techno-functional expertise in AI/ML, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Proven ability to build and justify business cases with clear ROI. Experience in banking/financial services is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
