1. Visit engineering offices, contracting companies, government agencies, developers, owners, and project sites to introduce them to SIPOREX products (Reinforcement & Blocks) and their advantages and convince them to use them and provide them with catalogs and samples.
2. Follow-up projects that are hoped to build SIPOREX materials and repeat visits to the concerned.
3. Communicate with block customers (distributors and individuals) and introduce them to SIPOREX products and complete their orders.
4. Provide regular reports and explanations of all the projects that they follow.
5. Coordinate between the company and the customers from the beginning until the shipment of the materials for blocks, receiving the drawings from the customers and follow up the shop drawings and approval and manufacture of the Reinforcement until the supply to the customer for Reinforcement. That includes follow-up quotations and others.
6. Obtaining SIPOREX products Approvals from the concerned authorities.
7. Follow-up financial payments with customers.
8. Follow-up of project sites during the installation process and solve problems if any.
9. Provide the highest selling services to the client to reach their satisfaction.
10. Work to resolve any complaint from customers by identifying the problem and develop solutions and prepare reports and recommendations for management.
11. Coordinate with Western Province Sales Manager to arrange for all marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, and lectures.
12. Monitoring the sales volume of competitors and their prices and the form of their presence in the market.
13. Following the Task from the direct manager related to sales process and marketing activities.
