مسؤول الدعم الفني هو الشخص المسؤول عن تقديم الدعم الفني والمساعدة للعملاء والموظفين في استخدام المنتجات والخدمات التكنولوجية. يتطلب هذا الدور مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات بسرعة. يعمل مسؤول الدعم الفني على ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال تقديم حلول فعالة وسريعة للمشكلات التقنية التي قد يواجهها المستخدمون.
