The Sales Officer is responsible for overseeing the department's assets to meet budgeted profit and rental targets. They are tasked with developing and implementing strategies to boost sales performance.
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of current and potential customers, including their contact information.
• Verify pricing and authorize discounts within approved limits.
• Complete sales transactions, issue invoices, and collect payments.
• Manage customer debts by recording, documenting, and transferring them to the financial department.
• Prepare, present, document, and file work reports.
• Develop solutions for transportation and logistics, catering to various users and sectors.
• Conduct ongoing vehicle inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads, to coordinating sales activities, presenting solutions, and negotiating until closing the deal.
• Perform market analysis and create product and sales comparison tables.
• Manage ongoing client relationships, provide added value services, and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Proactively plan and execute direct sales activities in the assigned region through regular visits, customer training.
• Keep updated on new products/solutions to maximize results with existing and new customers.
• Carry out revenue, demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, and other related administrative tasks to achieve financial goals.
• Provide management with information and reports to update on sales progress and achievements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Background in Operations (Car Rental)
