Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our field team, which operates on an “on-demand” basis to execute sales tasks and onboard restaurants in person. You will be our field representative, responsible for closing deals and providing hands-on support to new clients during their onboarding and training process.

How It Works

  • We have a WhatsApp group where all collaborators are listed.
  • When a new sales opportunity or onboarding task becomes available, we post the details in the group.
  • A qualified and interested team member claims the task and proceeds with its execution.

This model ensures fast response times to customer needs while allowing you to take on tasks based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Visits & Sales Execution

  • Conduct in-person visits to potential restaurant partners and present the platform’s value proposition.
  • Address inquiries and successfully close sales on-site.

2. Client Onboarding

  • Train new restaurant partners on how to use the platform and ensure they understand all features.
  • Provide initial setup support, including menu uploads and step-by-step guidance.

3. Relationship Building

  • Establish strong relationships with restaurant managers and staff.
  • Gather feedback and share insights with the core team to enhance the product.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Record completed tasks and track key performance indicators (e.g., deal closure time, onboarding duration).
  • Report any challenges or improvement ideas to the team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service (preferably in the F&B or tech industry).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers face-to-face.
  • Ability to train and simplify complex information for new users.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluency in Arabic (additional languages are a plus).

Compensation Structure

  • Performance-based earnings: A fixed amount or commission per completed sale.
  • Onboarding bonus: Additional compensation for each successful onboarding task.
