Key Responsibilities ✓ Monitor, maintain, and support critical business applications to ensure high availability and reliability. ✓ Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues reported by users or automated monitoring tools. ✓ Collaborate with teams to address software bugs and implement fixes. ✓ Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries and issues. ✓ Provide training and documentation to users to enhance their understanding and efficient use of applications. ✓ Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures. ✓ Monitor application performance and conduct routine checks to identify potential bottlenecks or issues. ✓ Work with IT teams to optimize system configurations and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. ✓ Assist in planning, testing, and implementing application updates, patches, and upgrades. ✓ Ensure compliance with change management policies during system updates. ✓ Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting steps, and system workflows.
Technical Skills: o Familiarity with operating systems (Windows). o Knowledge of API integrations and middleware solutions is a plus. • Soft Skills: o Problem-solving and analytical skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
