Job Description:

As a Videographer & Photographer at Taameer Properties, you will play a critical role in creating visually stunning content that communicates our brand’s luxury, innovation, and vision. You will be responsible for producing high-quality videos and images across multiple platforms—ranging from digital marketing campaigns and social media content to corporate presentations and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:  

Content Creation:  

• Capture high-quality photos and videos that highlight the architectural beauty, luxury living, and unique features of our developments.
  
• Plan and execute creative shoots for marketing campaigns, property showcases, and corporate events.
  
• Develop engaging visual content that aligns with the brand identity and marketing strategy of Taameer Properties.
  

Project Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and produce multimedia content.
  
• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders as needed to deliver on creative projects.
  

•   Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure they meet high standards of quality and consistency.
  
•   Use editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom) to produce polished final products.
  

• 
  Maintain and elevate Taameer Properties’ visual identity across all channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously innovate and improve content quality.
  

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
  
• Organize and archive multimedia assets for efficient retrieval and use.
  
  

•  Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and communicates the desired luxury lifestyle effectively.
  
•  Work with senior leadership to gather feedback and make data-driven adjustments to visual strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in videography and photography, preferably within the real estate, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.

Technical Skills:  

• Proficiency in high-end camera equipment and lighting.
  
• Expertise in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
  

Creative Vision:

•   Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, detail, and brand aesthetics.
  
•   Ability to conceptualize and execute creative projects that resonate with high-net-worth audiences.
  

Project Management: 

•   Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  
•   Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  

Communication:

•   Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
•   Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  

Education:

•  A degree or diploma in Film, Media, Photography, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
