Job Description
Inspect, record and mark the garment as per standard and ensuring inventory of all uniforms are maintained. Maintain accurate records of items washed, number of loads, and poundage of dry cleaning and laundry. Tracking which items belong to whom. Inspect and hang all clean Garment once treatment is completed Anticipating and responding to customers' queries, concerns, and complaints. Process laundry by either washing, dry cleaning or pressing according to department standards and procedures Perform minor sewing duties when applicable or pass them to the seamstress. Report stains or torn laundry, as well as any items left in pockets or jewelry on clothing before beginning the process of cleaning Assist all staff at laundry counter for any services request. - Pay particular attention to any items that require pre-wash soaking Ensure that hangers are returned and stored in to hanger racks station. Communicate effectively with all laundry personal and all other departments.
Qualifications
Good oral proficiency in English language Prior experience in a similar role is an asset Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Uniform Attendant Doha, Qatar * Full-time
