Travel Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements for our employees, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and book flights, hotels, and transportation for employees traveling to domestic and international destinations.
2. Ensure all travel arrangements are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
3. Manage travel budgets and negotiate with travel agencies and vendors to secure the best rates.
4. Keep track of travel itineraries and provide employees with necessary travel documents and information.
5. Handle any changes or cancellations to travel plans and assist employees with rescheduling and alternative arrangements.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
4. Good knowledge of travel booking systems and travel regulations.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Fluency in Arabic is a must
7. Experience in sales is a plus.
