Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Min 3 years relevant Test Automation experience, preferably in a banking environment.
Preferable Experience:
Any relevant Test Automation certification.
Knowledge, & Other skills:
Experience: Experience with test automation frameworks, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, as well as experience with various testing tools and technologies. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus. Ability to quickly learn applications with minimal documentation
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to review and analyze requirements and specifications, and to identify and report defects or issues found during testing. Can translate business processes into clear and comprehensive test scenarios.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication & Strong influencing skills to work effectively with other team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps
Test Management: Experience with test management tools (e.g. DevOps.) to manage and track defects, test cases and test results.
Automation Tools: Strong experience in with test automation tools (Jmeter, LoadRunner, Qualitia, UFT, Selenium, Scriptless Automation Tools etc).
Automation Experience: Experience in test automation, including designing and implementing automated test scripts, test frameworks, and test suites.
Quality Mindset: A quality-focused mindset and understanding of testing best practices and industry standards.
Continuous Learning: A willingness to continuously learn new tools, methodologies and best practices.
Data Privacy: Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
