As the Terminal Duty Manager, you will oversee the entire passenger terminal complex activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This is a 24/7 role that reports to the Senior Manager Terminal Operations, with a line to the HIA Operation Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise terminal operations, ensuring efficient and effective passenger flow. Provide visible physical presence throughout the passenger terminal complex during shifts (morning & night) ,monitoring busy areas according to traffic flow. Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in the aviation industry. Lead and motivate a team of employees, promoting a positive and customer-centric work culture. Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimize terminal performance.
Qualifications
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of job-related experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry. Strong people management skills and experience leading a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of terminal operations and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Proven track record in ensuring exceptional customer service * Must be willing to work in shifts (morning /night)
