HVAC technician/ AC technician/VRV Technician:
To carry out the installation, Commissioning & testing and maintenance activities of wide range mechanical equipment’s in a safe manner in accordance with client policies & procedures and accepted technical standards. The equipment’s include, but not limited to water cooled centrifugal chillers, Air cooled reciprocating, scroll & screw chillers, Air handling Units, DX units, fan coil units, VRV systems, Package units, Precision units, Split units, window air conditioners, deep freezers, Central cold room/cold storage, Heat Pumps, Fume hoods, cooling towers, Building Management Systems, Chillers Management Systems, PLC controlled HVAC equipment’s, Electrical control panels-VFD & MCC of HVAC equipment’s etc.
• To provide feedback and field update to his Immediate supervisors and ensure that all activities
conform to client policies & procedures and accepted technical standards.
BMS/LMV/DCP Operator:
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education followed by 3 years full time study leading to diploma in Mechanical/Process/Instrumentation Engineering.
• Candidate should be of 25 to 30 years of age, at least 5 years’ experience in Mechanical or Instrumentation plants and process operations, preferably in an oil/gas industry or refinery with exposure to chilled water production, and associated safety and shutdown systems. An aptitude and exposure to Programmable Logic Controls is desirable.
• Must be very familiar with the use of the computer with the knowledge MS office package and emails & good spoken and written English.
Mechanical Technician:
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, followed by, at least 3 years apprenticeship training leading to a certificate/diploma in Mechanical Technician at least 6 years working experience in the installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of a wide range of mechanical equipment’s in an Education City or health care facilities, or Hotel/Entertainment Industry. He must be able to read the control schematics and piping diagrams of the equipment’s. He must be able to read, write and speak English and understand technical manuals. He must be computer literate with knowledge of MS office packages.
Handymen/Carpenter/ Painter/Mason:
At least 2 years of experience in maintenance works.
• Good communication skills
• Aptitude towards the maintenance activities, monitoring of the system.
Electrical Technician:
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, followed by, at least 3 years apprenticeship training leading to a certificate/diploma in Electrical Maintenance. At least 6 years working experience in the installation, maintenance & repairs of advance microprocessor-based control panels, VFD’s & must have handled LV / MV/ HV electrical installations.
He must be familiar with the local KAHRAMAA, ASHGHAL and QCD standards & regulations.
He must be able to read, write and speak English and understand technical manuals.
He must be computer literate with knowledge of MS office packages.
