Closing Date: 03-11-2024 ABOUT THE ROLE Provides innovative and modern architectural approach, in alignment with Organizations technical vision, goals and standards. Activities involve creating architecture blueprints, defining deployment architecture , capacity planning, leveraging native cloud services and capabilities to meet business requirements .E nsure a ll architecture decisions are aligned towards meeting the technical and business objectives of the product/application. Collaborate with product teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in infrastructure design and architecture reviews to ensure that proposed solutions meet the requirements and align with the overall architecture. Ensure the right cloud services are leveraged to address the business requirements. Responsible for ensuring that all application Non-Functional Requirements are met, ensure thorough testing of NFRs and ensure corrective / preventive actions Ensure that recommended architecture is manageable, maintainable, scalable, resilient, sustainable, cost effective whilst addressing business requirements. Share best practices and knowledge with engineers to promote continuous learning and improvement. Articulate the benefits of architecture modernization to stakeholders and ensure adoption of latest and proven engineering practices & technology trends. ABOUT YOU - Skills Minimum 8 years’ experience in designing and operating Application Infrastructure solutions in On-premise/Cloud is mandatory Minimum 3 years’ experience in designing, executing and operating robust cloud platform for enterprise applications in Azure cloud is mandatory Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is mandatory Experience in GCP will be an added advantage Hands-on Experience in provisioning and managing PaaS Services like API Gateway, App Services, Kubernetes, Service Bus and Databases in Azure Cloud Hands-on Experience in setting up Azure Monitoring Alerts and Dashboards using Azure Application Insights & Azure Log Analytics Workspace Experience integrating Cloud Services with tools like Grafana and Prometheus will be an added advantage Experience in designing and managing multi-cloud & Hybrid cloud platforms will be an added advantage Experience in migration of large monolith architecture to cloud ready architecture. Hands-on Experience in implementing Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Advisor recommendations Solid understanding of Azure Well Architected Framework and experience in reviewing and implementing the WAR recommendations Solid understanding of Cloud FinOps methodologies and hands-on experience in implementing Cost Optimization principles Solid understanding of Azure Network Security concepts like NSGs, UDRs, Firewalls etc., Experience in IaC Tools & Technologies like Azure CLI, Terraform, Bicep etc., Good understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases in cloud and should be able to recommend the right DB for diverse types of requirements. Development experience in Java or C-sharp will be added advantage Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
