• Providing assistance in developing and implementing diagnosis repairs.
• Advising and sharing expertise with Technicians.
• Defining and developing applications for technical designs.
• Coordinating technical activities with manufacturers technical team
• Supporting team members in their programming activities.
• Researching and creating strategic management, operational, plans.
• Perform Joint Road test with customers to identify the concern and guide the technician to find the root cause to solve the customer vehicle concern
• Final quality inspection to perform on all brands and priority on comeback cases
• Technical on-floor support to improve technician efficiency
- Experience in the automotive industry
- 5 years’ experience managing an automotive workshop, particularly attached to a dealership
- Familiarity with American/Korean/Chinese Brands (GM preferred) &
- Automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and location of parts)
- Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repairs
